Viewing Your Statements

You can access all your account statements and banking documents online through digital banking.

How to View Statements

  1. Navigate to Statements & Notices
    Log into digital banking and go to the Statements & Notices section.
  2. Select your account
    Choose which account you want to view statements for from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose a date range
    Select the time period for the statements you want to see.
  4. Select the document type
    Pick the type of document you want to view (monthly statement, tax documents, notices, etc.).
  5. View or download
    Click on the document to open it in your browser, or download it to save a copy.

Tip: If your statements don’t appear when you click on them, you may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker for the Bank of Marin website. Pop-up blockers can prevent the statement viewer from opening.

Viewing PDF Documents

Your statements and documents are provided in PDF format. To view them, you’ll need a PDF reader installed on your device.

If You Can’t Open PDFs

Most modern browsers can display PDFs, but if you’re having trouble:

  • Download Adobe Reader (free)
    Visit http://get.adobe.com/reader to download and install Adobe Reader.
  • Try a different browser
    Sometimes switching browsers can resolve viewing issues.
  • Update your browser
    Make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

Switching to Electronic Delivery

You can choose to receive all your statements and notices electronically instead of by mail. Going paperless is convenient and helps you access your documents faster.

How to Enable Electronic-Only Delivery

  1. Go to Statements & Notices
    Navigate to the Statements & Notices section in digital banking.
  2. Select “Electronic Delivery Only”
    Look for the option to change your delivery preferences.
  3. Review the Terms & Conditions
    Read through the terms for electronic delivery.
  4. Agree and save
    Check the box to agree to the terms and save your preferences.

What Happens After You Switch

Once you enable electronic-only delivery:

  • Statements will be posted to your digital banking account
  • You’ll no longer receive paper statements by mail
  • You can still download and print statements anytime you need a hard copy

Note: Even with electronic delivery, you can always access your statements online and download or print them whenever you need them.
