Viewing Your Account Activity

What is the Activity Center?

The Activity Center is your centralized hub for managing all transactions that you’ve set up through online and mobile banking. This includes pending transfers, scheduled payments, and recurring transactions.

Important: The Activity Center only contains transactions that were created in online or mobile banking. Transactions that post directly to your account from other sources will appear on your Account Details page but not in the Activity Center.

Viewing Transactions in the Activity Center

You can view both single (one-time) transactions and recurring transaction series in the Activity Center.

How to Access the Activity Center

  1. Navigate to Transactions
    Log into digital banking and go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Click “Activity Center”
    Select Activity Center from the menu options.
  3. Choose your view

    • Single Transactions: View individual, one-time transactions
    • Recurring Transactions: View recurring series of transactions

Understanding Transaction Status

Transactions in the Activity Center will have one of these statuses:

  • Pending: The transaction is scheduled but hasn’t processed yet
  • Processing: The transaction is currently being processed
  • Completed: The transaction has finished processing
  • Failed: The transaction was unsuccessful

Managing Pending Transactions

Viewing Transaction Details

  1. Go to the Activity Center
    Navigate to Transactions > Activity Center.
  2. Find your transaction
    Browse the list or use the search feature to locate a specific transaction.
  3. Click on the transaction
    Select any row to view full details about that transaction.

The detail view shows:

  • Transaction amount
  • From and To accounts
  • Scheduled date
  • Transaction ID
  • Memo (if added)
  • Current status

Canceling a Pending Transaction

You can only cancel transactions that haven’t been processed yet.

  1. Locate the transaction
    Find the transaction you want to cancel in the Activity Center.
  2. Check the status
    Make sure the status shows “Pending.” You cannot cancel completed transactions.
  3. Click the transaction
    Select the transaction to open the details view.
  4. Select “Cancel”
    Click the Cancel button to stop the transaction.
  5. Confirm cancellation
    Confirm that you want to cancel the transaction.

Note: Once a transaction shows as “Completed,” it cannot be canceled. You’ll need to initiate a new transaction to reverse it if necessary.

Copying a Transaction

If you need to make a similar transaction, you can copy an existing one and modify the details.

  1. Find the transaction to copy
    Locate the transaction in the Activity Center.
  2. Click on it
    Open the transaction details.
  3. Select “Copy”
    Click the Copy button (if available).
  4. Modify details
    Update the amount, date, or other details as needed.
  5. Submit the new transaction
    Confirm the details and submit.

Searching and Filtering

Using the Search Feature

The Activity Center includes a powerful search tool to help you find specific transactions quickly.

  1. Enter search terms
    You can search by:

    • Process date
    • Amount
    • Transaction ID
    • User who created the transaction
  2. Filter by status
    Use the filter buttons to view:

    • All: All transactions regardless of status
    • Pending: Only scheduled transactions
    • Processed: Only completed transactions

Exporting Transactions

You can export your transaction history for record-keeping or analysis.

  1. Select transactions
    Choose the transactions you want to export, or export all.
  2. Choose export format
    Select your preferred format (typically CSV or PDF).
  3. Download the file
    Save the exported file to your device.

Tips for Using the Activity Center

Review regularly: Check your Activity Center frequently to ensure all scheduled transactions are correct.

Cancel early: If you need to cancel a transaction, do it as early as possible. Transactions may process quickly once the scheduled date arrives.

Keep records: Consider exporting your transaction history regularly for your personal records.

Check before traveling: Review pending transactions before traveling to ensure nothing needs to be canceled or modified.
